The expertise of CINARS as an organizer of platforms and forums helped similar events to emerge elsewhere around the world. Case in point is the Marché des Arts du Spectacle Africain (MASA) (African Performing Arts Market) in Abidjan in the Ivory Coast, for which CINARS took on the marketing in the Americas and coordinated the activities in 1993, 1995 and 1997.

Mexico also turned to its expertise to organize a forum in 2000.
